This is a semiannual publication and is reviewed by academics belonging to  the European Society for History of Law organization.


Topics in the Journal on European History of Law focus mainly on legal history and developments of other than legal norms and regulations.


The journal welcomes articles regarding the law of ancient Rome, the Middle ages, and especially articles on modern history. Theoretical studies on issues such as Roman law are welcomed as well.

Journal on Legal and Economic Issues of Central Europe


The Journal on Legal and Economic Issues of Central Europe focuses especially on comparative studies of law in the countries that comprise Central Europe.

 

One of its main goals is to make foreign readers better acquainted with the basic legal principles and systems of the countries of Central Europe.

 

Furthermore, the Journal on Legal and Economic Issues of Central Europe examines all kinds of economic issues from and various points of view.

The journal deals with the issues concerning the public prosecution and criminal law in the European states. Contributions from other branches of law are published as well.

 

The editorial board and the authors of the contributions are mostly public prosecutors from abroad and representatives from various universities. The contributions are accepted in English.
